  I had a great breakfast here this morning. I had the waffle with ham and sausage. My partner had the steak and egg breakfast sandwich. We both had a side of home fries. Everything was prepared fresh and was extremely good. The portion size was more than generous as neither of us could finish our breakfasts. We can't wait to go back and explore the rest of the menu. It may help you to know they're are some outdoor picnic tables provided on site. It was too cold this morning to sit outside, so we ate in our car.

  These guys are the best! Food is great, service is great,and the seating outback is wonderful! Looking at the mountains while you eat. Pleasant atmosphere. Generous portions! 💕

  This place has to be my favorite go to for burgers/breakfast. Recently my husband saw they offered waffles! We asked if they could put the Hatchman Special on waffles instead of a bun and of course they said they could. Easy to say my husband has a new favorite sandwich and enjoyed ever bite! All of their food is delicious, the prices are unbeatable and the 2 individuals running it are always polite, smiling and friendly.

  This place exceeded my expectations and delivered my breakfast sandwich craving to the highest degree. Everything was high quality and fresh. We ordered the Hatchbox breakfast sandwich and the Florentine breakfast sandwich.

  Super cute tiny food truck serving up 5🌟 breakfast sammiches.
  The chef guy was super nice and patient with us as we asked our 1000 questions and made our decisions.
  I had the Florentine and added some bacon. The Florentine stands on its own and the bacon was perfectly done. The roll had a nice slight crust on the outside and was fluffy soft on the inside. The sandwich didn't fall apart! The eggs were perfect -not dry or overdone. It was a generous sandwich.
  Hubby had the original. Breakfast is his favorite meal and he loved the sandwich.

  We didn't care for the coffee, but that could be because we aren't from around there and not adjusted to the local water. We're also extremely picky about our coffee.
  The zepolis were a little tough, but glad to try them. Had a nice sourdough flavor that's probably too good when more tender.
  
  I recommended he add more neon to draw attention and add to the funky cute vibe, but really the food alone deserves all of the attention.
  
  Y'all go make it a destination trip for breakfast and enjoy a hike afterwards. That'll be a perfect weekend.😍
