  Stopped to pickup curb side order on my way home. My wife placed the order. They didn't seem overly busy but still waited a bit. There was three drinks but I guess they don't do cup holders had to hold drinks on seat with bag of food. Got home and my wife said no fries! Should have been 3, drinks were wrong and one burger was a mess. This was caribou maine Bennett drive one. I called and they took name and said next time we come buy they will make it right. Should try harder 1st time.

  This place needs a manager that cares and a whole entire staff wipe out. So sick of the negative attitudes, cold food (always messed up) and the place smelling like a toilet because of a septic issue. The manager is extremely rude to customers and allows all the staff to act the same. Better hope a Wendy’s doesn’t come yo here because this place will eventually fail. Today is the lastnTime I will ever deal with this. Don’t bother going here!

  I felt the need to leave this review. I hardly ever eat MCD but my family and I grabbed breakfast to go and we were impressed with a few things that I felt I needed to mention. Firstly, the food and coffee was HOT. All three sandwiches were neat and with crispy bacon. The hash browns were crispy, hot and perfectly fried. The sausage burritos neatly rolled and the coffee was not burnt. Our order was also correct. This may not seem like much but compared to some fast food experiences, it seems like your staff here takes the time to deliver to the best of their capabilities. So I applaud you guys and thank you for your attention to detail.

  Poor customer service. I specifically asked the clerk if everything was in the bag before I drove away. She replied yes, the burger was not in the bag so I had to get back in line which took another 15 minutes as the french fries got cold and hot fudge sundae melted. I seldom go to McDonald's, overpriced unhealthy food with poor customer service. 👎😒

  I just left the Caribou McDonald’s one person ahead of me in the drive-through two of us sitting at the order booths and still couldn’t get waited on five minutes sitting there and they had one car in the drive-through absolutely ridiculous
