  Food was delicious! The staff was friendly and great. And the atmosphere was pleasant. We got a omlet and the breakfast sandwich. Both were sooo good! I will definitely be returning!
  
  Update!
  We went back for dinner. This is the second week they serve dinner and we were not disappointed. We had 8 people in our group. The staff was very attentive and nice! The food was amazing! I didn't get pictures of the appetizers. We got the Macaroni and cheese bites, egg rolls and pizza pepperoni rolls. For dinner I had some of the Alfredo pasta and the Asiago Chicken, both were excellent! I highly recommend their breakfasts and dinners. I'll have to go back for lunch.

  Nice, cozy spot. We stopped in for breakfast. Food was good, service was super-friendly. Good portions for the price!

  The service is easily the standout here. The entire staff—especially the younger servers—were fantastic. They were personable, kind, and patient, and it was clear they genuinely cared about providing a great customer experience. In a dining landscape where service can often feel rushed or transactional, this team really set themselves apart.
  
  The atmosphere, however, didn’t quite match the quality of the service. It felt a bit bland and cafeteria-like, with somewhat cramped seating. It gets the job done, but it’s not a place you’d choose for the ambiance or to linger and enjoy the environment.
  
  As for the food, the main reason we came, it left me a bit underwhelmed. Nothing was bad, but in a city like Henderson, where there are so many standout dining options, it simply didn’t distinguish itself. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and being from Tennessee, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet the mark. The biscuits tasted like they may have been canned, which was disappointing. The home fries were very good and probably the highlight of the meal. My over-medium egg was cooked perfectly, but my wife’s scrambled eggs had the texture and flavor of something poured from a carton.
  
  We actually drove out of our way to try this place, and while I’m glad we gave it a shot, I don’t see myself making a special trip back.

  I came here for breakfast a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING! Great service and really delicious food. The owner and server were both very friendly and the food tasted very fresh and flavorful.
  
  We ended up coming back as soon as we heard they were serving dinner. They did not disappoint! We had a party of 8 and tried 3 different appetizers and a wide variety of dishes. Everything was so good. I shared the chicken alfredo and a chicken dish with someone else. Chicken alfredo is one of my favorite dishes and Black Mountain Griddle's is probably the best I've ever had. Definitely coming back. And definitely recommending to others!
