★ 1Sunday morning, hardly any donughts to pick from especially my favorite. NO greeting, donuts i wanted werent even listed on the kiosk. Grumpy cashier, chaos behind the counter. Not busy at all. Place was filthy, trash all over, dirty tables. Filthy inside and out. 6-8 people dancing around behind counter noone friendly except one lady that said have a nice day after I did. Embarassing.

★ 1Placed a mobile order ahead of time. It took 20 minutes to make two lemonades while they just helped the drive through customers only. They never gave me my food either. Not impressed.
Edit: it’s been about 6 months. I gave it another shot today. I even used to drive thru. They didn’t give me half my order. Place is a joke -

★ 5The fastest Dunkin Donuts I've been tonto. The one going towards Pat's Pizza works at a snails pace. I go out of my way to go to this one.

★ 1Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a drink that clearly said it came with whipped cream, mocha drizzle, and waffle cone pieces, guess what? None of it was on my drink. The label on the cup even listed all of those items, so there’s no excuse. It’s either laziness or just complete disregard. To make things worse, the service was a disaster. Three employees stood around helping one customer with a decaf issue while completely ignoring us. One person helping is enough, the other two were just standing there doing nothing, and one was literally dancing around instead of doing their job. If you’re not going to make the drinks right or acknowledge customers waiting right in front of you, why are you even open? Do better, Dunkin’

★ 1Avoid! Waited 20 minutes in line for an iced matcha only to receive what was basically just oat milk. They also didn’t 1. Tell the amount or 2. give a receipt.
