★ 1I’m absolutely disappointed and disgusted about why I ran into today with Dunkin. I asked for an extra large peppermint hot chocolate and this is what I was given??! Really a disappointment for paying $18 sum for 2 xl drinks and 25 munchkins for a drink I get to be a medium. Do better.

★ 1Went there at 4pm this afternoon was the only one in the drive through and the lady acted like I made her go out of her way while i placed my order and asked for a gift card Absolutely poor customer service skills I left without my items she was so rude to me infront of my kids

★ 1Pulled up to the drive through and was greeted and as i was saying “i have a mobile order” i was very rudely interrupted with a snobby “pull ahead” i responded wuth “rude” and then greeted with the lady in the lobby giving me nasty looks and even saying “ew gross” about my order. She was so nasty about the situation she had the kind gentleman hand my drinks to me because she could not be professional. Very sad

★ 1I just left the Duncan in Damariscotta which I frequent going to the one in Wisconsin and used to go to the one that was in Boothbay and I occasionally go to the one in Damariscotta. I have discovered that quite often when I order the medium hot French vanilla with cream and sugar that it says 33 and three on it and it is too sweet for me so I asked to have 2-2-2. She made my daughter’s coffee right away, which was a medium iced pumpkin signature latte and then we waited literally like 10 minutes for a medium hot French vanilla with cream and sugar. There was not many people around there so I don’t know what the holdup was but we finally got it and I looked and the label on it said three.-3-3 so I tried it and it was super sweet and I was like great. I specifically asked for 222 so I waited there a minute she came to the window and I said I’m really sorry, but this is too sweet for me and I had asked for it to be 222 and she got very snippy with me and asked did you try it in a very condescending, nasty tone- and I said yes, I did that that’s why I ordered it 222 because it’s too sweet for me that way, but I did try it… she then gets even more nasty and acted like she was being super sweet, but you could tell it was to be rude and she said “ OK, well I’ll make you another one. OK you’re welcome.!” Not allowing me time to say thank you - and she remade the remake way faster than the first one and gave me a large. I’m 60 years old and I’ve worked in restaurants since I was 14 and I was appalled to be talked to that way. I won’t be going to that one again in the near future my granddaughter had told me there was someone there that was really rude to her and I’m sure it has to be that one dark curly hair and black rimmed glasses. She needs a new job!

★ 1Service royally sucks & your new intercom is faulty & thanks for starting my Christmas holiday week Monday out with a terrible taste in my mouth for Dunkins. You may have ruined me & my family for ever stopping at this Dunkin Donuts again, the service was so poor. Your new intercom failed to work & 16 cars backed up behind me waiting to order at 7:30 in the morning. After an on-break employee came out for a smoke break and said the system was new & wasn’t working, I moved my vehicle up, gave my order when he said it was working & still received no response through the intercom. Other ppl in my car witnessed the something was definitely wrong with the order intercom. So we moved up at the direction of the employee on break to the pick up window. At the window, a sullen and nasty window attendee confronted me, told me the system wasn’t working properly and then did a horrible job providing me with any service or selling me any Dunkin Donuts today. I left without getting anything and I have to wonder about all the cars backed up behind me.i hope your Dunkin corporate leaders enjoy this awesome review of the terrible service at a location that doesn’t seem to lack for business or employees, but appears to be run by the worst of them..
