★ 1There’s a female manager (some sort of assistant manager not the direct manager) who is extremely rude, not just to customers but more importantly to staff. I’ve been thru several times and she’s makes rude remarks to the staff working the window who clearly are young kids trying their best. They didn’t even do anything wrong and she was making nasty demeaning remarks to them. I don’t know her name but once I do it will be brought to corporate attention because it’s no way to treat people. For example I came thru asked for creamer and sugars on the side while I was having my order taken. I make it to the second window, they didn’t give me the cream/sugar so I ask the girl working the window who was very kind. Then this manager comes up, raises her voice at the girl for taking too long then reprimands me saying I should have asked while my order was being placed, to which I told her I did. It was even printed on the receipt, to which she replied well my managers yelling at me so you need to move forward. I noticed not long ago they were closed early due to staffing. They need to fix the attitudes at this location. Their managers need to learn professionalism and grace. You can’t keep staff if you have poor management. Nor do your staff deserve to be treated poorly.

★ 1Not the first time this has happened. They charge you for food after letting you place an order only to immediately cancel it and have you wait for a refund. Turn off online ordering if you don’t have the staff to support all avenues of ordering. I understand it’s hard to find good help, but you should not be taking people’s money when you know you can’t provide the service. Full stop.

★ 1This store is always crazy slow, so I try and order ahead for counter pickup since it takes half an hour for 4 vehicles to get through the drive thru. Today was the last straw for me for this location. I ordered 2 breakfast meals for my kids half an hour before arriving to accommodate their glacial pace of service. When I got inside, my food was still not ready, but my kids' orange juices were sitting out on the counter. I had to stand and wait for another 10 minutes only to find out they forgot straws and utensils for the big breakfast meal. This place just is not worth the wait or the attitude of the employees. I will not be back.
Tl:dr - clean facility, consistently slowest service in Maine, rude employees. -

★ 1At the drive thru order, the clerk could Not get the order correct, until after 4 tries. Pick up window left out a fry, we went immediately back into the drive thru. They could see us on their cameras. When we showed our receipt they gave us a lecture on how to let them know. Come inside they said. If we had wanted to go inside why use the drive through?
