★ 1This place used to be so good - I live in the area and go here frequently - however I think they might’ve hired new staff or something because it is NOT the same. I prefer to go to the nicer one down the road by wendy’s - and go out of my way for that one. We ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes at the drive through last week for an online pickup. That was ridiculous. The food is also lower quality now and they messed my orders up multiple times. DO NOT GO HERE unless if you have a LOT of time beforehand. They do not care about other people’s time and almost made me late for school. There were only 2 people in front of me - and they will sometimes give you the wrong food a LOT. People literally drive over the curb through the medical marijuana store just to get out of that drive through because they take 10 years for one coffee. That’s coming from someone who has worked a LOT of customer service.

★ 1Most of the workers are very nice and the environment inside is very welcoming. The drinks are typically up to par, but on multiple occasions (more than 4) my partner or I have ordered food and it has been given to us cold and undercooked, inedible honestly... Today I ordered a sandwich and the packaging plastic for the cheese had been cooked into the sandwich. Unacceptable and unfortunately no longer worth my money.

★ 1Sat in the drive thru at 5 with a line and not a single person answered for over 20 mins. All of us were just driving away.
I went inside, and was ignored. They started to take orders in drive thru FINALLY. Just to ignore me inside and never make my food and continued taking orders. I left without my food, i’m disgusted with the customer service and how i tried speaking to a lady and she ignored me. RUDE! -

★ 1Twice walked in to hear the Manager yell at the employees in front of customers. A line of customers at the counter.
Ignored us while complaining about her stickers in the wrong place. She started to rearrange them.again ignored the 10 people in line.
We walked out after 12 minutes Of un professional nonsense.
