★ 5We loved this place so much we went 2 mornings in a row while on a long weekend trip! Probably the most delicious blueberry pancakes I've had. I also had 2 eggs ( super fresh, golden, creamy yolks) bacon, sausage and potatoes. I eat my whole plate. My fiance got the same and also made the clean plate club. The maple butter on top of the pancakes gave it the perfect touch. Our Del was attentive and pleasant and let's not forget the nicely sized, light colored mimosa ;) I got the same exact breakfast the 2nd day we went and my other half got an omelette. Still both as good as the day before. We also got to see the toy train chug around the restaurant the second morning we were there. The train travels on a track above the tables, it was pretty cool! Wait time wasn't bad at all. The first morning we got there early and didn't need to wait and the second morning we got there around 9ish and waiting just maybe 10 minutes. I can't wait to go back to the area and have breakfast again!

★ 4Had a really nice breakfast at Flapjacks Pancake House in Lincoln, NH! The pancakes were fluffy, generous in portion, and exactly what you want after a long drive or morning hike. Maple butter was delicious. We also ordered veggie omelette and it was good as well. The menu has a lot of classic options, and everything we ordered came out hot and fresh.
The atmosphere is cozy and very “New Hampshire cabin” style — great spot for families. Service was friendly and efficient, even though it was pretty busy. Kids loved the train that was going around in the restaurant.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time — it can get crowded, especially on weekends — but overall it’s definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area! -

★ 5WORTH THE WAIT! Both times we’ve been here on vacation there has been a line- but it is 1000% worth the wait!! The food was fantastic, best home fries I’ve ever had, and the entire staff was so kind. There is such a friendly atmosphere and the mission of the Beth Foundation is wonderful. If you have time to wait I would strongly recommend!

★ 5Flapjacks Pancake House is a must go!! It’s first come, first serve. The line moves fast! We sat at the bar which was a pleasant experience. Our server Del was friendly, funny, and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the #1: One local farm fresh egg: scrambled, sausage, potatoes, and rye toast. The home fried potatoes with sautéd onions were very delicious. We both orderer flapjacks. I got one blueberry and Mike got three stacked chocolate chip flapjacks. They were light, fluffy, topped with delicious cinnamon sugar butter with local maple syrup! Mike also ordered a breakfast sandwich on wheat toast. The bacon was thin, crispy, and sweet. The atmosphere was cozy and mountainy. I would recommend this diner! We had a very pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back!

★ 5This was our second visit to Flapjacks, and my son loved it so much the first time that we had to come back. It was very busy, but no one seemed to mind waiting, even outside in the cold , and then a bit longer once inside. Despite the crowd, everything moved at a steady pace. The staff was very friendly, our waitress was attentive and welcoming, and the food was absolutely out of this world. We only wish we lived closer!
