★ 5I recently stopped at Dreamer Food in Bangor, Maine, while on a road trip zigzagging around Maine, in and was looking for good food that was quick, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. Dreamer Food exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The owns Anik and Karra are behind their inspired menu. The chicken shawarma was perfectly seasoned, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and their garlic lemon sauce for the shawarma was absolutely outstanding—it added a bright, tangy flavor that brought the whole meal together. Yummy. Last but least thier lemon cheese cream cheese with blueberries, is out of this world. 😋nWhile I was there another customer share their loved for their hummus and other dishes. They love it too.
The atmosphere was warm a friendly. People really love the wall of Dreams.
The staff were friendly, attentive. The space is clean.
Shuld you find your self near by on a road trip or you are local and are looking for something different in Bangor, I highly recommend giving Dreamer Food a try. Whether you're a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or trying it for the first time, you'll find delicious food and outstanding service. It was exactly the kind of fresh, authentic meal I was hoping to find during my travels, and I'll definitely be back.

★ 31. The food tasted good.n2. Where has the world gone wrong? I can almost see a meal with fries and a soda for $16, but $28 for a relatively small sandwich, fries, and a 16 oz water!n3. I was side eyed for not leaving a tip on a $28 meal you have to go to the counter to order, no wait staff, and you throw your trash away.n4. Fairly new restaurant. We shall see if that pricing model keeps them around.
Suggestions: Cut the fries in half, increase the size of the sandwich, add a soda machine and make it a meal. At least for lunch.
The 16oz water is $3 and from Lebanon. We just want good, safe water to drink. -

★ 5As someone whose first experience was eating at their food truck, I am so glad they have opened a restaurant! Twisted chicken shawarma is my go to! They have a great menu offering different sandwiches, bowls, and loaded fries! Not to mention the endless possibilities of drinks from different countries. With great food and great people, can’t get any better!

★ 5Everything I've tried from Dreamer has been so delicious. Not to mention they have the creamiest cheesecake I've ever tasted. I will 1000% percent come back!
