  When you call to make a take out order, you are treated like you’re wasting their time. They treat you like crap and then have the audacity to have a tip jar. They do not hear when you say lite sauce or extra cheese but will charge you for the extra cheese you did not get. Their hours are horrible and if you try calling an hour and a half before they close your call will not be answered. Over priced and rude for no reason. Suck because they could make great money having the only fryer in the area. If you want fried food, good like, they’re rude and close too early.

  Pretty basic made to order gas station food. If you’re hungry it’ll do.

  Rideouts is a decent place. Food Orders will typically take 30 minutes to fulfill, which is ok.
  
  Plenty of parking.
  
  Plenty of snacks, alcoholic beverages, energy drinks, sodas and more stocked inside.
  
  The place always seems understaffed, usually having one person working the kitchen, maybe 2 at most.
  
  They have a fair selection of deserts as well, prices seams fairly reasonable.
  
  The food is nothing crazy, run of the mill stuff. But if you are looking for a bite to eat, they have what you’re looking for, odds are.

  Very disappointed with the quality of food we’ve received the past couple times we’ve ordered. Gave them one last chance and it was terrible. The chicken baskets used to be fantastic but lately the chicken has been super dry. My husband ordered a steak and cheese with American cheese. I specifically said “with American, not mozzarella..” and he ended up with mozzarella anyways. My sons cheeseburger wasnt cooked nearly enough. We used to love ordering from there..just super bummed the quality has gone down hill so quickly.

  The staff are friendly,and kind. The ordering area is clean, the food is great.
