I’ve been following this restaurant ever since they were a little taco stand on the side of the road. Who would’ve thought this far from home I’d be able to find a delicious authentic Street style cuisine? The Luchador burrito and accompanying Cowboy Sauce nearly tempted me to stay out east permanently! And don’t even get me started on the Churro bites 🤤. Don’t let my abuelita hear this, but french fries in a burrito – I think they’ve struck gold. Absolutely phenomenal service. Guaranteed I’ll be eating here every time I’m out east.
Again, when I first heard of this restaurant, they were just a little taco stand on the side of the road. The witnessd the owner and her family work hard to share their love of food with their neighbors in South Paris, Maine And now I don’t even know how many locations they have. If that is not the quintessential definition of the American dream, I don’t know what is.

The food was super good! I loved it. It was a bit difficult to hear the staff, and the atmosphere was not great. But for food, a quick, cheap, and easy place is here!

A solid 4 stars. Decent food. A tad pricey for what you get. Not my favorite place in the area, but would go again if someone really wanted to go... maybe wouldn't get the same thing. Also, ya gotta love it when the employee with next to zero social skills rings you out then leaves all of your food and cups on the other side of the counter for you to throw your back out trying to retrieve.

Ordered from the food truck outside our business. Walked a good ways. Ordering was fine, Menu selection was limited to just burritos... all $14 and a burrito bowl also $14 (since there was no tortilla why not cheaper) anyway.. I got back into the building and to my desk to find they did not put the meat on my burrito bowl... In short... I paid $18 for a scoop of rice, a sprinkle of pinto beans, lettuce, veggies, a squirt of sour cream and not to mention $4 for the scoop of quac..... when I looked on the food truck menu they have online they had $5 taco options.... was our employees not worth that option?

It’s been three days and I’m still thinking about the amazing burrito and horchata I had. The two dudes working hooked it up with the right amount of hot sauce spicyyy
