★ 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐nnWe are extremely picky when it comes to restaurants, and Finestkind exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was one of the best we've had. Everything was fresh, homemade, and cooked to order.
The restaurant was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The homemade pastries and sweets were absolutely incredible and worth the trip by themselves.
The clean plates say it all!
We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Finestkind to anyone looking for an amazing breakfast in the Saco area. -

★ 5What a delightful local treasure! I’ve heard so many good things about this place and it did not disappoint. Parking is easy and abundant, especially early. I got a latte, which was served in a proper mug with a cute froth design, the French omelette, and an order of hash browns. The omelette was the lightest and fluffiest I have had, and the mushrooms cooked in a butter sherry sauce were such a treat. The hash browns were wonderfully crispy. There are many things on the menu I am eager to try and I will be back.

★ 5This Saturday morning my husband and I wanted to get a new place so we mozied on over to the FinestKind. We had an eggs Benedict w/ regular bacon. The flavor over was subtle, I had to add salt and pepper. My Husband has the waffle with fried chicken he says it was a mix of a honey nut, bold bark flavor. He enjoyed it! We also ordered the the crispy hash browns & they were delightful with the garlic aïoli. Overall, a great experience. All seats were taken.!

★ 5I don't score many as all fives across all categories but Finestkind is deserving. The food is carefully crafted and attention to detail is evident throughout the restaurant. Proper cloth napkins (serviettes for non-Americans), really nice branded coffee mugs, not the cheap kind, wood floors nice decor. Service was attentive, friendly and quick on a Saturday morning. I choose a standard Eggs Bene on Canadian Bacon. Note the finely chopped chives on top - carefully crafted! Hollandaise was perfect, eggs perfectly cooked. A secret weapon they have is their homemade hash browns, beautiful rectangles of potato goodness. As a potato lover, I'd go back and just eat these (they do in fact service an upgraded version with creme fraiche etc). Coffee was also surprisingly good for straight filter but unlike many places, they also offer proper barista coffee. Ill be back...probably tomorrow lol. Thanks team, very well done indeed!

★ 5A genuine jewel in a sea of mediocre restaurants! You can taste the difference when a kitchen professionally prepares food vs. throwing it together from premade. The hollandaise on the Eggs Benedict was made by hand and it showed! Silky, bright, and perfectly balanced against the yolk and ham, wow! Service was great, the room was welcoming. What a relief from the mundane!
Congrats!!!
