  This is an easy review because the food and service were just that darn good! I visited Hot Suppa on Sunday, June 7th at about 10:45 a.m. While walking up to the restaurant, I was relieved to see people gathered outside the door waiting because in my experience, that usually means the food is delicious. On the flip side, I was disappointed because my stomach was ready to ease its 17-hour fast. Luckily, there was a bar, and one seat had opened up as soon as I walked in, so I was seated immediately after overhearing that the wait for a party of two was 40 minutes, yikes. Honestly, everything on the menu sounded amazing, and my food was just as I imagined it would be, incredible! Most restaurants struggle to get grits right, but these grits were some of the best I had ever had. Great job!

  i have not had breakfast this good in a while!!! it was great everything was perfect. We were treated with so much respect. Can not wait t o be back. Great first impression of Maine and the people here.

  Fun, New Orleans inspired food and decor! Love that they do brunch everyday til 2pm. Its a bit small inside so better for smaller parties. They do have a bar and booths for seating options. They have Moxie here!!! I got the special: the spring scramble. Such good flavors and very fresh. Our server was super friendly and everything came out quickly. The southern inspired vibe is cool, will be back!

  Had brunch at Hot Suppa in Maine and ordered the Pumpkin Spice French Toast and the Pulled Pork Sandwich. The french toast was soft, fluffy, and had the perfect amount of pumpkin spice flavor, super comforting without being too sweet. The pulled pork sandwich was tender and flavorful, and everything tasted really fresh. The place has such a warm and lively vibe, definitely a great spot for brunch when you’re in Portland.

  Such an amazing little spot. Cozy small restaurant with amazing food and great drinks. Some of the best Eggs Benedict I've ever tried, and the sausage gravy over biscuits were amazing as well. All of the wait staff were very kind as well! Can't wait to get back here.
