  Very disappointed today. Because I like a special addition on my cheeseburger, I had to finish my order at the counter after placing it at the kiosk. We had a number, 9, and put in to eat there. The order was put in to go and used a completely different number. So when they called the number, I wasn't really listening because I expected it to be delivered to our table. We'll, it was quite sometime later and the fries were stone cold. I should have complained at that moment, but shame on me fir not doing that!

  This place is so darn filthy now. The bins outside are overflowing and trash was everywhere. You literally had to walk through trash to enter the rear side door. The bathrooms were so disgusting a porta potty would have been a better option. I'm not sure what has happened to this place, but it is not being managed well by the looks. Mind you it was not busy when we stopped in, so the filth made no logical sense. We did not dare to order food and waited to use a more sanitary restroom. Hard pass on this McDs. Yuck!

  I just went, and for some reason, I think this place is the bare minimum, so when I go, I expect it. But for some reason, today there was a worker that would not talk to me, and when I asked a question, they ignored me along with closing the window on me. I was going to use a coupon for Fry’s; they did not inform me I could not use it in the drive through. I would love to go inside to use it, but I was not informed by the first person. Instead, when I asked, he ignored me and closed the window. I would love a refund because I was going to use the coupon to buy the fries along with just horrible customer service.

  I’m not the one to complain but this is unacceptable. I paid 8 dollars for a four piece for it to be burnt and looking like they have been sitting out for days. I want a refund.

  Tables are dirty and not cleaned after people use them, the floor is not cleaned and covered with dirt and wrapers. Large frie was half filled but at least the food was delivered quickly and the girl who brought our food to the table was very polite.
