  Thank you to Shelby and Maddy! We stopped at this dunks 3/29/26 at 3:25pm check# 1766. Not only were there customers in lobby, but they cars were lined up around the building and they were doing mobile orders. They were the ONLY 2 in the store. Although I think it is awful that these girls were there by themselves, especially on the weekend. They handled it with professionalism, grace and a smile. They were polite, letting customers kniw what was going on, but still provided quick service. Great job girls!! 👏 These 2 girls deserve some recognition!

  Honestly the most ratchet, disgusting customer service I've ever seen. I went through the drive-through. I got 2 drinks and a sandwich. The sandwich was absolutely burnt to a crisp. I went into the store, and asked for a new one, showed them the burnt sandwich. The girl at the register turned and looked at another girl (Lexi) who was making the food. Lexi immediately started making rude comments and talking crap about me over the headsets with other coworkers. I heard her say she'd purposefully burn it again. My boyfriend came inside, we got the new sandwich, and my boyfriend opened the wrapper to make sure it wasn't burnt again. Lexi made a comment about it, to which my boyfriend replied he was checking. The girls working started screaming and yelling at my boyfriend over the counter, swearing, freaking out. Seriously unprofessional and disgusting. After we left, Lexi followed us into the Hannaford parking lot and circled our car multiple times. Creepy and not okay. Will not be coming back.

  The reviews here must be from out of towners. This is a great shop, nice employees, clean, and good service.
