  The food was good. Got the buffalo chicken wrap with onion rings and they were delicious. The bloody marys are pretty good as well. The waitress was very attentive and nice. If in the area, id definitely go back again.

  Went out with some friends for the first time to the Loft and we were all impressed with what we were walking in to. Great atmosphere and waitress was very pleasant. However, we all ordered meals and only two of us Got the correct meal, they took the incorrect meal back and by the time they delivered the right meal the rest of us were done eating and the scallops were not cooked all the way had to send them back to recook. We reached out to the waitress to check if they would comp in anyway for this inconvenience, she had to check with the manager, and to find out that all he offered us was a free small ice cream. After that, we asked to talk to the manager, explained to him our inconvenience we went through and he was very unprofessional and said accidents happened, after going round and around on this, he offered to remove a beverage from our bill. That's all we got. I am very disappointed with this. I have worked in this industry before and would never treat a customer that way. I would have offered to comp that meal for their inconvenience even if it came out of my own pocket. Not to mention because it was so late , we had to take the scallops to go to go, tried them when got home, and they were horrible. Very disappointed. And FYI this is my first Yelp.

  It's been 5 years since we've been to The Loft. Friends and I always loved their pizza, rather pleased it was still as we remember, very good! Could've come out a bit sooner as it could've been hotter but still good. And not skimpy on the feta! Server was new, but did a good job especially as they got busy

  Waited an hour and a half for our food. Got our to-go orders before our actual meals even came out (like 15 minutes after we ordered it). Orders were wrong. Waitress was completely miserable. So miserable in fact that I felt bad for her. She didn't smile once, she was rude, and simply seemed put out to being there. Having worked in restaurants before, I know how tough it can be so I always give the benefit of the doubt. However, this was not our first dining experience with her and the impression was the same this time around. I believe this restaurant could be a little more successful with a MUCH smaller, focused menu and a change in wait staff. The menu is too overwhelming for the guests so I imagine it's just as overwhelming for the cook(s). I did voice my concerns over the phone with the manager, and she very pleasant to deal with. This place (Strafford Farms) has been around for a very long time so I hope they can take the appropriate measures to stay in business.

  Great bar tender. Very friendly and attentive. Good beer selection! And good food! Everyone that goes there is friendly. Great place for bar food and beer, meet up with friends after work. I'd definitely check it out if you are looking for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with good food and a pretty good beer selection. With a few local beers on draft.
