  4.5 #mainelylovely #sunrisegrill #kitterymaine First impressions when I walked in was the smell of amazing food in the air, I was instantly 😋 pulled in. The room was light and filled of the holiday spirit, xmas toons on there radio, Very family friendly and parking is a breeze. I was pleasantly greeted by a friendly smile asking if I would like a breakfast or lunch menu, which was Great for me because I checked out the menu online and Definitely wanted breakfast 😀. I was told I could sit wherever I wanted. First I picked a small table under the daily special board but then changed my mind and without any hesitation was moved by the beautiful outward facing windows and was introduced to the daily specials up on the blackboard wall. This is where the Avocado 🥑 Scrambler quickly caught my eye 👁... 2 eggs, Avocado, tomato 🍅, bacon 🥓 and cheddar cheese 🧀 w/homefries and toast butttt I wanted French toast of course. I was totally accommodated. I can't say enough about the food! OHHHH IT WAS AMAZING! And the hot chocolate ☕️ I had 2 😆. Check out the pictures and videos. Everything here was amazing 👏 🤩 4.5 on the Lovely scale ⚖️nOk here are the could be better in my book 📖 items. Just my own Lovely opinion 😌 of course. The French toast needed just a little more time to toast. Needed more crunch ( a couple of little black places on the toast is a wonderful thing. 🤣) Also soak it just a little longer to give you the toasty crunch 😋 all the way though. Ohhhh and MORE powder sugar and whip topping on top. It's a simple gesture with big visual rewards. Overall Y'all are definitely #mainelylovely I'll be back! It's the Holiday and service was soooo deserving 👏 🙌 ❤️ every one here seems truly genuine

  I loved the Sunrise Grille! We went for breakfast and were seated quickly at a nice sunny spot by the front window. The place was busy with a nice, friendly vibe. Our server, Megan was lovely and came over right away to take our order. The food was absolutely delicious!
  
  I had the Belgian waffle with strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream and my husband had the special pancakes - raspberry and coconut. We had a side of sausage patties too. I didn’t think we’d finish it all, but it was so good, we ate every bite! The coffee was good and hot too, and Megan came back to check on us, which we appreciated.
  
  I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the Sunshine Grille! I’d definitely go back and highly recommend this place!!

  What an amazing place to grab a breakfast or brunch. We were driving through Kittery when we stopped for a quick bite and was blown away by the friendly, homely service. Then came the food and our guests started eating so quickly that I almost didn't get photos of the food. Eggs were perfectly prepared, and everything was super fresh. I also haven't had aniseed rye in a while so that .are my day for sure. Meals were well priced and service was quick and pleasant. Highly recommended.

  First time here, didnt know what to expect. Coffee was good. Husband loves pancakes and he liked these as they weren't dense.
  I got the waffle, very good.
  Real maple syrup was available.
  The waitress (Im sorry, I forgot your name!) was very nice; you can tell she genuinely enjoyed people.
  Will definitely go back~

  Good food waitresses we're very friendly. They hustle to get the food out and take care of us. Our coffee's did not run dry at all... A place with a censure humor as well.....A great little breakfast spot I highly recommended.....
