  I believe it was Phil that we met and he was a super nice guy. His breakfast sandwiches (with Portuguese muffins) were tasty and the lasagna I bought is as authentic Italian as it gets! 10/10 will return when in the area again.

  I wasn’t planning on getting anything to eat when we stopped at the Swift Water Way Station General Store, but the owner mentioned his Italian grandmother’s meatball sub and I couldn’t resist. I’m so glad I didn’t pass it up because it was honestly the best meatball sub I’ve ever had! My fiancé got pulled pork Mac and cheese which was delicious as well. Perfect stop on our way through New Hampshire back to Maine. Exactly the kind of small town, friendly place you hope for when you pop into a local general store. No photos of the food because we ate it too quickly!

  This place was so nice we went twice!! Seriously, the food, staff, and porch were great. Fresh ingredients, good prices, and staff with personality sealed the deal for us. We had wraps, breakfast sandwiches, baked goods, and local brews from the cooler while riding a multi-day motorcycle tour. The owner came and sat with us and was a great conversationalist. He let us sample a Ziti Alfredo that was incredible. His mother's recipe and he did her proud. I would go out of my way to go back.

  Come here for breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches are incredible and the breakfast pizza is the best I’ve ever had. It beats any other breakfast in the area that I’m aware of. And the service is great.
