  Excellent service. Had an issue with my order, but Star actually shined in resolving quickly and pleasantly. Would give 10 stars if I could. Hope the manager sees this and recognizes her for going above & beyond.

  I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. When I got to the speaker, I was told she’d be right back. I waited 10 minutes and no one ever came back. I drove up to the first window and the window was open but no one said a word to me. I waited 10 more minutes while multiple people walked back and forth. Finally a girl came to the window asking what I was waiting for and I told her I’d been waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order placed 40 minutes ago. She rudely handed me the order without confirming or double checking anything. I got home and found I was missing an item. The service is hit or miss here I think today solidified it’s not worth coming here anymore. It’s too bad.

  Came to get app order re done at other Dunkin as told. Actively can hear staff talking about the situation in front of me and not to me. Rude commentary.

  Usually they are sweet n attentive. Today gave us coffee w a hole in cup . I give it back n they put another cup outside old one, they're ya go !! Wth? We both ordered loaded hash browns and barely any cheese on either of them and they cost almost $5. Each. Disappointed . Bellows Falls takes great care in their food . Thanks Emily ❤️

  not to be rude but i’ve worked in the service industry and i understand making mistakes. but when it clearly states on the TICKET how much cream should be used and there’s not an ounce it’s pretty frustrating normally i’m not the type of person to write a review but come on.
