We were snowmobiling for the day and stopped for lunch (2:30pm). Very lucky to get two seats at the bar. The wait staff behind the bar were nice, but the amount of time to place the order and for it to come out of the kitchen was too long. When we inquired about our order she went back to check on it and emerged less than 20 seconds later with our food. Makes you wonder how long it was sitting back there. It was just two simple sandwiches and a bag of potato chips (30-40 minutes). That said, would I return? Yes, just some feedback for the owner.

Stopped in here for lunch and didn’t have the best experience. The service was really slow (although super nice) and the prices were reasonable but the food wasn’t very good. Admittedly, the poutine was ok but not special and the fries were crispy which I personally like a lot. Overall the staff here are great but this is not a place I would recommend.

Their menu is unique with local game on their menu as well as regualar dishes. The food was delicious, the service was on the ball. Relaxing. Quiet.

5.21.26 when you’re the only restaurant in town you eat here or?? Drive an hour in hopes of finding someplace open. The food was typical pub food. We had BLT and a chicken Caesar wrap (chicken was hard fried piece of processed chicken fingers) and a large order of curly fries and 2 sodas ($3.50 each )Service was great but then it was off season and off hours we were eating.

This use to be called Northern Exposure restaurant and the sign in the building still states the same. The menu however states it is now called ERROL RESTAURANT AND PUBnThe food used to be good, considering it was the only restaurant around for 30 miles.
Highly disappointed. The menu appears to be the same as when it was the old name. The portions are smallnIt took 45 minutes to get 2 bison burgers with a large boat of fries. Now it was 2 in the afternoon and 8 guys seated at the bar and 5 tables of 2. There was just 1 bartender and 1 waitress. Based on the time it took to get our meal I can only assume 1 cook.
Food arrived overcooked and tough. The bison burgers use to be 1/4# size. They were thinner than your chain restaurant. Lettuce was wilted. Everything is a la carte, from lettuce, tomatoe, onion mushrooms etc.nlooks like we will stick to subway grinders across the street inside LL Cote and picnic it on the river next time

I stopped in on a very hot day. The sign out front mentioned AC and there were a good number of vehicles in the lot. The restaurant and pub were seperate with the pub downstairs, with a sign: no one under 21, and the restaurant upstairs. The menu was typical diner foods with a few unique items like a Moose burger which I think was a really big hamburger, and a bison burger. Plus, they had a big chalkboard on the wall with specials and what steaks were available that day. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs special and it was more than enough for two suppers.
