  i went in this morning to pick up my mobile order, i ordered a large iced dunk latte with cold foam & less ice. when i got there the cup was half way full of cold foam and i paused. i walked over to the pick up counter and talked to who i believe is the manager, she ignored me at first then asked what i needed. i explained what happened and she responded with “well that’s how we do it here” and i said how at my store we make sure the $7 drink is what people are paying for regardless of less ice or not. she gave me a hard time about adding more coffee milk and leaving an inch at the top for cold foam and then she fixed it and i left. the service there was just totally appalling.

  So clean and organized. Very polite staff and the coffee and donuts were perfect. One of the best locations I've been to in my surrounding area. Stop in and try it for yourself. I know I will definitely be returning 😊

  This was an excellent experience. The staff here were very friendly and professional even after getting a face full of lemonade concentrate. The food was delicious. I am happy to have finally gone here. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

  No matter how busy the shop is, the service is always friendly and efficient! Best service I've ever had at a Dunkin Donuts!

  Today was my 6th time of making a mobile order to this store. I havnt gotten a single item I have ordered. Legit nothing. I ordered and paid before arriving. I was told to go order and pay at the register or go somewhere else. This is getting expensive. And customer service is still down so I cant get a refund.
