  Manager is not a good person, went in one day and she was just screaming at her staff with a lobby full of people, and the place is just overall dirty

  Clean windows, polite staff and appreciate the iced coffees being stirred. Nowadays it's the little things!

  Right on a busy road. No drive thru. A few parking spaces in front of the store, but a bunch around back. The staff is very friendly and seem like they know all the customers. Very clean and cozy store.

  Over-hyped. Food is mediocre, but correctly prepared. Coffee is not all that. Staff is helpful, it's not their fault.
