  The dining room was filthy. They had three people working on a Friday night. They took half an hour to make my order, then I had to go up and ask for it because they just left it sitting on the warmer for nearly 10 minutes. I paid almost $30 for two meals, got home to find that both orders of medium fries had only been half filled. Having to deal with a dirty dining room and a long wait because management isn't competent enough to schedule enough people is one thing. Being robbed of the equivalent of $4 worth of french fries is inexcusable.

  This is my first Google review ever I just had to write it, I have ordered food at this burger king before and had no problems, until today. Basically it all because of the older female behind the counter who just frankly is not up to a multitasking jobs. She couldn't even hand me my take out bag at the counter she just took it and walked outside into the parking lot to try and give it to other customers. She then walked back in and said the wrong name even though its printed on the receipt. After that I didnt even trust to eat the food so I just threw the unsealed bag away and walked out. It wasn't worth trying to wait for another 10 minutes to get service through the kiosk because she couldn't process multi tasks at the same time. All I will say is some people shouldn't work some jobs if they can't do it.

  Ya boy at the window scheduled for Tuesday 5/5/2026 was a G! Way better than the McDonalds service. Quick and he even ran out to the car when they had missed an item. The man deserves a raise for his effort.

  Today I decided to get fast food for the first time in a while, and even though the wait was not “fast food” like the food itself dominated the fast food market. Fresh, hot, and commercial grade presentation. WORTH the wait. Thank you Plymouth BK for taking your time and getting it done right!
