The girl and guy working here on 05/24/26 between 3:30PM-4:00PM are mentally incapable of working in a timely manner.
The girl continued to pace back and forth between stations doing nothing, while the guy also just paced back and forth in the back.
It took them 30 min to get a black ice coffee together with no other orders in progress. I won’t ever return to this location.
To the owner of this location, you’re paying people who are making you lose customers. There’s plenty of local options. You need people who can actually make a drink in a timely manner. The people currently working there are juggling orders and dropping the ball every time -

★ 5This is one of the best Dunkin’s I have ever been to. The food is always fresh and my coffee is always made perfectly and the employees are always friendly

★ 1I’ve gone to this Dunkin’s a few times and they’ve never gotten my order right. They ring it up perfectly fine, but I’ve noticed that I need to ask them to add ice. It’s not a big deal, so whatever. The problem is that they never do. I added extra ice to my order and there was barely any in it. I get the extra ice to make sure the coffee is coherent and the same every time, but it ends up tasting like crap. Everyone there seems miserable so I’d rather not fight with them because I’ve seen them argue with customers before and don’t wish to have that happen to me. I don’t plan to go back.

★ 1We’ve never had a problem in the past, the quality of the food meets par with other Dunkin’s however, the manager at this establishment is incredibly rude. Without making it known, got incredibly angry at me and my small group over a sandwich because it was not stated that we got a refund while we were waiting to pick up our mobile order. She was rude to my face about a simple thing like a sandwich rather than being cordial. As we turned to leave, she was continuing to rant rude things to her male coworker. #1 rule of a business is, “the customers come first”. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first instance with this specific manager. I will no longer be supporting a business fueled by rude and disrespectful individuals. I hope others don’t either.
