  We took our teenagers, and it turned out to be a fantastic family outing — our very first visit to a sugar shack! I know my kids had a genuinely good time when they started asking the owners questions unprompted.
  Ben and his crew were absolutely wonderful — entertaining, warm, and clearly passionate about what they do. They shared details that were interesting and relevant without overwhelming us, which made the whole experience more personal and educational.
  The maple ice cream alone is worth the trip — incredibly creamy and delicious. I can’t believe we waited this long to discover this gem. We’ll definitely be back!

  Great lunch !

  We had a lovely time touring the sugar shack and tasting all the maple flavored items. We learned so much about maple trees and syrup. The free tour lasted about 30 minutes and all the guides were so friendly and informative. We also go to meet Ben himself. They had plenty of samples to taste throughout the shack and its dining hut. A lot of people came for lunch and were eating at their picnic tables that they had inside and outside. We sampled the maple soft serve ice cream which was very impressive but we opted to each get a donut instead. I got a maple sugared donut and my boyfriend a maple glazed, both we loved. We did not eat lunch here, it was a bit pricy but the food was all maple themed. Plus they were served warm and you can watch them cook the donuts in front of you! Prices were a bit on the higher side. But it was nice to spend a couple hours here exploring and learning. Ample parking

  Loved visiting The Maple Station! I picked up a bottle of their maple syrup and some local honey — both were absolutely delicious and clearly high quality. The shop has a great selection of locally made products, and everything feels authentic and thoughtfully curated. Staff were friendly and happy to answer questions. A great spot if you’re looking for true New Hampshire flavor or unique gifts. Highly recommend!

  Ben's was great! It is rather large and sells many local and non local items. I was looking for a smaller sugar shack but this one does produce its maple syrup and candies in house which was very neat to see!
