  I gotta say, hands down me and my wife’s favorite bagel spot. We have been to honey dew, Dunkin, sip and dip, and even the New York bagel on the south end by chipotle, and the one here on elsbree st is the BEST!! I tried going to the one by chipotle twice, and they were closed by 1:30! The staff here is so friendly and the store always has such a welcoming ambiance! I especially want to mention that Beth, is always smiling and always on point with the bagels! She recommended a great bagel and now it’s my usual; chourico, egg, and cheese on a Asiago bagel with a slight amount of Diablo cream cheese on it! Highly recommend this place!! I also love how they write special notes on the lids of our coffees!

  I found this place when I started coming out to the Fall River area 1.5 years ago and nothing compares! The Customer Service is top-tier and I have never left here tired or without a smile on my face. Jill, Beth, Sara, Courtney, and Anthony are like my jolt of espresso in the morning. All it takes is a look in my eyes to see whether or not I need a medium or a large Java. :) Serving so many people each day they remember my order and have it ready so quick! The team is inviting, warm, and fun! When the remodel was happening, I went to another coffee shop b/c NYB was closed and let me tell you… I was counting the days until they opened again. If you’re in the Fall River area and want a warm chocolate chip muffin, warm cinnamon roll, a variety of bagel flavors and cream cheese, or just a pick me up with positive vibes, head over there and you won’t regret it! If you don’t know what you want, just ask, and they will all give you the best of the best.

  our favorite spot for quick breakfast! staff is always friendly and welcoming and our food and coffees are always made well ! my husband and i are happy to be regulars now, we prefer this location over the south end.. the location is bigger, more parking and can’t beat the staff !!

  I’ve been to a few locations, but the Fall River New York Bagel Co. is hands down my favorite. The staff is always friendly and actually seem like they enjoy being there, which makes a huge difference. My order has never been messed up, not once, which feels rare these days.
  
  The place is consistently clean, organized, and just overall well run. You can tell they take pride in what they’re doing. The food is always fresh, quick, and exactly what you expect every time.
  
  This is one of those spots you keep going back to because it’s reliable in the best way. Definitely me and my daughter’s go to location.

  I stopped by this bagel shop recently and was really impressed. The bagels were fresh, soft on the inside with a nice crisp on the outside—exactly how they should be. There was a great variety of flavors and spreads to choose from, and everything tasted high quality.
  
  Jill, Logan, Courtney and Sarah were friendly and quick, even during a busy time, and the shop itself was clean and welcoming. Prices were fair for the portion size, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve.
  
  Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving a good bagel—I’ll be coming back.
