★ 3Ok. So this is my second time ordering from this establishment. The first time I got barely any onion rings with my order but the burger was good (i got the spill the bourbon burger). This time i got the vibe with shrooms burger and fries. The fries were seasoned pretty good but the only flavor I got from the burger was from the toppings. This burger would’ve been out of this world if the meat was seasoned. Because apart from being big and juicy there was no flavor. I will try again eventually. The other issue is the price. I got 3 burger meals and paid almost $100 for them. Again if the meat was seasoned properly I probably wouldn’t complain. My son did get the mozzarella stick burger and said it’s the best burger he’s ever had. He likes the wavy fries also. My step son got the double the fun burger and is enjoying it as well as the seasoned fries. I’m giving 3 stars because of the price and the unseasoned burger I had.

★ 1Pretty sure this was just laziness I've worked in restaurants for years that slip isn't hard to read I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of onion rings but got a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. My fiance ordered a rodeo ring burger and didn't get any onion rings... before you say you gave me 10 dollars back I just want to say thank you for charging me 30 dollars for wrong meals.

★ 1Dont order late night with Tommy I waited 40 + minutes on my order and he was sitting there talking about how he appreciates patient customers.. but yet when i inquired where my order was he stated I could just cancel it.. what a jokenHe doesnt not care about your wait time or order worst customer service ive had in awhile he led with you can always cancel your order vs seeing what he could do for me … god awful service from him Tommy is hands down the fakest employee ive ever encountered.. to top it off order got messed up and they blamed me saying it was my error and to put it through again what a joke!n0/10 would recommend
