  I cannot express enough what a difference this location is compared to the one on president ave! Location is SUPER clean, girls are super friendly, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being helped by kenzie & lexi. They had such awesome attitudes had my boyfriend and I cracking up laughing!!! The food was absolutely delicious! Nice and fresh! I was torn on what to get for coffee and kenzie actually reccomended creme brulee as a flavor & im genuinely happy she did because the coffee was the best! Im so genuinely impressed with this location, its a little further from my house but thats ok ill GLADLY always come back to this location every single time! Great work girls!!!! Keep up the good work! The community needs more customer service employees like this! 10/10

  I come to this location, several times a week and every time I come in, Lisa greets me with the most genuine smile and the most courteous service! She knows my name and my order and it makes me feel like I’m right at home! At times, she is so busy, but she always takes a moment to ask how my day is going while multitasking and keeping the shop running very smooth and efficiently. It’s very rare to see somebody so compassionate about her job I admire her work ethic. She is truly a blessing and because of her I find myself visiting more and more! Lexi is also fantastic as well! Overall, the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is clean. The bathrooms are very clean with to me is very important if you’re serving food. Thank you, New York bagel company for hiring such great personnel to handle your customers! I look forward to giving lots of business in the future; I’ve even told several family members about my experience and they too have noticed how friendly & meticulous Lisa is. 😊

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience at NY Bagel ! It’s always refreshing to encounter a team that genuinely enjoys their work and interacts positively with customers.   Super clean and well-kept location. Lexi was wicked sweet and she made my chicken caesar wrap quickly and it came out so well. Will definitely be back (and am skipping Starbucks from now on!)
