  If ur ever in the St. Louis area this is the restaurant to visit. Little bit of everything for everyone. Started off with their their Long Island, iced tea and a signature blood orange margarita. I have to say it was the best margarita I have ever had. Hand made... No mix here! We started with appetizers of pretzel bites with beer cheese and fried ravioli with marinara which we all thought was better than the Olive Garden. With many entrees to choose from we ended up choosing a regular smash burger, fettuccine alfredo and a bacon bluecheese burger. It's hard to find an actual bacon bluecheese burger on any menu, and this one was to die for. The double smash patties were juicy and freshly made topped with thick bacon strips and chunks of beautifully ripe blue cheese on a fresh toasted bun and home chips. The fetachinni was perfectly cooked and the sauce clinged to the noodles and when paired with the leftover pretzel bites it made the perfect bite. And the Service was above anything we can get around our house.

  Billy G’s in Chesterfield is a fantastic addition to the Joey B/Billy G family of restaurants; familiar in all the best ways, yet with its own cool throwback vibe that makes it stand out. The atmosphere is super casual and welcoming, perfect for everything from a quick bite to a big group dinner. With tons of tables and no reservations required, it’s an easy choice for any size party.
  
  The menu is huge and full of the well‑known favorites the chain is loved for. Portions are generous, and everything arrives hot and satisfying. The Philly cheesesteak is a standout—thin‑sliced meat, great flavor, and just downright delicious. They also offer a fabulous brunch, though this visit was all about dinner.
  
  Service is consistently excellent. The servers are friendly, helpful, and keep the experience smooth even when the place is busy. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back.
  
  Billy G’s Chesterfield nails the balance of comfort, flavor, and fun. A great spot for families, groups, or anyone craving hearty classics in a relaxed setting.

  Second time here I was there after it first opened it was better the first time. I got the two by two which consisted of two pancakes two eggs and it comes with bacon but I s믭 that for hash browns. I thought the food was fairly good it was a little warm instead of hot when I got it but still good food overall not the best I've had definitely not the worst I've had. I was there with some friends one of which got the chicken teriyaki she said it was too sweet. One of my friends got a Cajun Skillet she said it was all right not great not to work she's had. My other friend had a turkey bacon ranch wrap she said it was good. Overall I would eat here again the portions are big and the food is mostly tasty I just wish mine would have been hot when I got it.

  Dylan H was our server and he was an absolute delight. Very attentive and kind. Food was 10/10. Cinnamon roll pancakes were life changing. Best hashbrowns I have ever had. Highlight of my Sunday. Thank you Billy G’s and Dylan!

  Get the pretzels 🥨 with cheese 🫕!!!
  
  Came here on a Sunday for dinner and the place was busy but not too bad. I was able to get a table right away. The menu has a lot of variety.
  
  Apparently our order wasn’t put in due to a computer glitch. Because of how busy they were. I didn’t even notice an unusual delay in our food but the server came and apologized along with an explanation on what happened. Then the manager came out later to offer a discounted bill and a fresh appetizer of pretzels with cheese and OMG!!!! 😳nnFirst let me start by saying I don’t eat pretzels. Not at the movies, not from Gus’s, not Auntie Ann’s. But these pretzels from Billy G’s??? I will get every time I go back. They were warm, fresh, soft, and topped with salt. The cheese served with the pretzels was a great accompaniment! They’re good enough to make me bypass the cinnamon roll pancakes…….yea……that good.
  
  5 ⭐️s because of the way the staff handled the delay and for the free “new favorite” appetizer. I’ll definitely be back.
