  This is a nice little spot to grab a bite, and the baked goods are genuinely tasty. It felt like a solid place to stop for a quick morning meal, though it was surprisingly busy, which made finding a quiet place to sit a bit of a challenge. It is definitely a popular local choice, so while the food is great, just be prepared for a bit of a wait if you go during the peak morning hours.

  This place is an absolute gem for a morning pick-me-up or a relaxed lunch. Everything I have tried there has been exceptionally fresh, and the atmosphere is so welcoming that it’s easy to settle in and stay for a while. Whether you're grabbing a coffee and a pastry or sitting down for a full meal, you can really tell they take pride in what they serve.

  Looking for breakfast places on the island can be a challenge. Noticing there's more accommodation outside than there is inside this particular day was raining so the inside was very busy. Very good customer service waited a little bit for fast food noticing the kitchen had an open window so you can see all the activity that was interesting. So I ordered the signature 45th sandwich on sourdough bread eggless cook perfect medium not to runny not too hard bacon was a little overdone cheese could have been a little more they included napkins on the takeaway bag order the hazelnut latte didn't really taste much hazelnut. I guess I'm a snob when it comes to lattes.

  Updated April 2025.Great sandwich menu. Delicious carrot cake. Coffee is good ! Cozy sitting area indoors and outdoors.
  My review is specifically for the cakes 🎂nOmg they are so delicious. 45 Surfside has one of the best cheesecakes ever. If you are looking for this big fluffier mouth melted cheesecake, that is your place.
  I will definitely recommend the dulce de leche cake and their chocolate covered strawberries.

  Love this bakery! The coffee is very good and their pastries are delicious! My favorites are spinach&cheese and Eggs&ham. Also, the service is always great!
