★ 5Amazing!! The croissant sandwiches are so good and definitely enough for two! We also got the spinach and cheese croissant and it was amazing! The coffee was great as well. Definitely worth the try!

★ 4Annie’s is a charming bakery and café with a bright, pink-themed aesthetic. I had driven by many times but only recently decided to stop in. They offer a wide variety of pastries, cookies, and cakes, along with a range of coffee flavors, including seasonal specials. The coffee had a nice, noticeable flavor from the beans—pleasant, though not particularly distinctive. Overall, it’s a cute and convenient spot for a quick treat or a casual visit.

★ 4Lots of fun baked goods, nice selection I must say.
Black and whites look good, but could be chocolatier!
I think being hungry heightens the senses, giggles…nThanks for just having a shop, seems fun! -

★ 5This is the best coffee in Southie! I absolutely love Annie's. The staff is so nice, and it truly feels like a neighborhood spot. The breakfast sandwiches are massive and delicious, and we love the baked goods and cakes for special occasions. Everything is fresh and made with love! It's also a great spot to sit and have a coffee or get some work done. We miss coming here when we are out of town!

★ 1The place itself is nice and the food and coffee are decent, nothing extraordinary but good enough. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruins the experience.
The people working there (not sure if they are the owners or employees) were very rude and unfriendly. There was no basic courtesy, no welcoming attitude, and the interaction felt very uncomfortable.
When customers go to a business, they’re not asking for things for free. The minimum anyone expects is basic respect and politeness. It’s disappointing because the place has potential, but the way customers are treated makes it hard to want to come back.
