  Since Courtyard is quite far away from the commercial area, The Bistro provides a very convenient quick bite service. The service are great, I found waitress here are very welcoming. The booth seats are interesting with some 60s’ style, which each unit has a TV. The food served with big portion but somehow overpriced. My salad is $12.95, it was very tasty but feel pricey.

  I hesitate to give a full five stars, not because of the quality and service, but because they need more people working. The Cobb salad was wonderful, The grain bowl was wonderful, The grilled cheese and soup was wonderful and the quesodillas were wonderful. Presentation was amazing, my Bloody Mary included. There's serious potential for this to be more than a hotel adjacent restaurant. The woman working behind the counter and cooking AND bartending was amazing, putting serious effort into every dish, despite being completely by herself. Thank you!
