  Im not a big fan of bagels but I had to admit I was pleasantly surprised by these bagels. They are absolutely delicious! All the ingredients were fresh and lettuce was crispy… can’t say enough of their food! Simply awesome! Totally recommend it!
  The place looks like a Dunkin but with pink walls. It was clean and the employees very polite and attentive. Will definetly go back.

  Best bagels, maybe, definitely worst customer service. I visited for the first time and the girl at the drive thru window had a hard time hearing even at the window. On top of that she asked me 3 times if I was sure I didn’t receive my food, I nodded and said no to make it clear and she still asked again. I think I’d remember receiving a bag of food. Coffee was good though👌

  Thought I’d try this location after consistent terrible service at the Seabrook location, only to find this store appears to be suffering the same problem. There was ONE employee there working both the counter and drive through. This was during your breakfast rush hours and why you don’t have another employee working is questionable, it being a breakfast place after all. I saw no manager or owner or anyone trying to help, people have far less time to wait for breakfast and I had to leave without ordering so I wasn’t late for work. I understand employees call out sick, but it is the managers job to help out when short staffed.

  This is my favorite local bagel place. The bagels themselves are so fresh and I love how soft they are — also they are priced really well! All the staff have always been very kind. The drive-through also makes it really convenient.

  The bagel and cream cheese was delicious, the coffee was just ok ( I prefer a latte which they do not serve) But they do have a big selection of brewed flavored coffees
