  I was blown away by the quality of both angels and muffins, but also the selection! Wow!!! I try cafes everywhere I go. This one is one of my new favs of all time!!! The coffee variety is good (and they have decaf varieties), but the bagels?! Mmmmmm delicious!!! I even got fresh jalapeño cheddar ones out of the oven thanks to the kindness of the employees (they ran out).
  
  My one complaint is the eggs. They’re not whole fried eggs but a scrambled puck of sorts. Not my fav. Everything else though: out of the ballpark!

  This trending cafe is known for their large and savory selection of infused flavored coffees, espresso drinks, and their appetizing and freshly made from scratch premium bagels, which they also wholesale. They offer a delectable variety of baked goods and present a spacious dining area. This well liked and in favor establishment is ideal for the whole family.

  this is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. The coffee is delicious so fresh, never burnt, and the flavors are so good and you can actually taste them. The staff are lovely, always friendly and kind. The coffee shop itself is always clean. It’s a nice place to sit and have coffee with a friend. I will always go to perfecto’s.

  I can’t rate the food in Reading since I NEVER GOT MY ORDER and I also NEVER got my refund. I love the North Andover and Andover locations, but I will NEVER go to this one again. They sully Perfecto’s a name. I put in a mobile order and 45 minutes later we did not have our food. Despite multiple other people coming and going with theirs. The owner completely ignored my wife while I waited in the car with the kids. I finally went in (after 45 minutes), waited in line, then inquired about my order. The owner was immediately hostile and rude. He LITERALLY threw my phone back at me (which I thankfully caught) and then was so aggressive that other customers backed away. They, like me, probably thought he was going to come across the counter at me. He was threatening and aggressive and the only thing I am thankful for is that he didn’t treat my wife that way. What a horrible person who has no business being a manager or owner. There are two other bagel places just down the street with very good bagels and several great nearby breakfast places. Don’t waste your time and risk running into this behavior. I hope this location either changes ownership or goes out of business soon. Again, this is not indicative of other locations. Even at the busiest times (btw- it really wasn’t nearly as busy as the other locations get) the other locations manage the crowd with appropriate customer service. This is hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere in MA in the 18 years I have lived here. Perfecto’s I hope you read this and do something about this location. Unacceptable.

  I usually go to the place next door for coffee and a bagel, but decided to change it up and try this place today… horrible idea. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, a blueberry muffin, snickerdoodle cookie, and an iced coffee. The plain bagel with cream cheese was actually pretty good, as was the coffee. But then it went downhill fast. I had to SPIT OUT the horrible snickerdoodle cookie. I actually didn’t know a cookie could taste like that. I thought, well the blueberry muffin should be good…sadly I was wrong. I ended up spitting that out as well - it had a very strange/bad taste. I FULLY regret paying $8 for this disgusting stuff. The only redeeming quality is that the staff was friendly, regardless I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
