I walk by here almost every day and always meant to drop in. I'm so glad we did, the folks who work here are super friendly and helpful, we ordered multiple pastelitos, beef, cheese, ham, pork and chicken, all of them tasted great but I really liked the chicken, beef and pork. We also had the Dominican Chimi which was really good. They have a pretty large ala cart stil service with some very tasty looking stuff that we will definitely come back and try, another customer recommended the roasted chicken. We will be coming back for sure.

Pernil plate was awesome! Super flavorful and juicy. Sauce over the yellow rice was perfection. (Forgot to take pic of sweet plantains- also delish, not soggy). Great value.

I have been going here for over a decade. The food quality has never changed, and neither has the kindness and compassion of the owners. She remembers her regulars and is incredibly friendly. The prices are really good and the portion sizes are huge. You can taste it in their food that they cook with love and care. No matter where I go I will always keep eating their delicious pernil. I really recommend their shakes and desserts! I hope that they continue to flourish in their business, they really deserve the best.

Great place to grab a wholesome meal. Large portions of food for a great price. Nice spot to get some clean food and feel great after. We are looking forward to going back and trying other options soon.

Time Out Cafe in Lowell is holding the #1 trophy for Dominican food right now — no debate. The carne was tender, onions hit just right, and the rice was fluffy like a soft pillow from the campo. But that OREO tres leches? That’s not even fair. Sweetest surprise of the day was the owner and her daughter — kind, welcoming, and full of love. This place feels like home and tastes like it’s an abuela’s secret recipe. If you haven’t been… you’re late 😮‍💨💯
