★ 5Classic New England diner. Little dining room with booths and tables. Quick service style. Coffee was hot and the refills were quick. I got blueberry pancakes the size of steering wheels. Fluffy, golden and topped with powdered sugar. Hubs got the Boston breakfast and the seasoned home cut homefries were amazing!

★ 2First and last time. Service was awful. Rude waitress, couldn’t be bothered. Food was honestly not great. The pancakes were hard on the bottom. Bacon hardly cooked. The thing that grossed me out the most was the old silverware and cups, they had to be over 20 years old, no joke. Looking at it gave me the heebie-jeebies., I just can’t believe that they would actually serve customers with those utensils. I couldn’t cut into my kids pancakes (not that I really wanted to) I had to use my fingers to tear them up. And the old blue plastic cups had cracks all around the sipping area, and they don’t even give you straws so you best believe I paid $15 for 3 juices that me or my kids did not drink out of. Disgusting. And to top it all off.. $54 for 2 kids and an adult!!! (Single kid pancakes, a single kid’s French toast, a breakfast sampler, and 3 juices)... (plus tip.. bc I’m not an a’hole) with that amount you think they would at least replace utensils and cups and maybe a new server.. smh. Never again.

★ 5I had a wonderful New England Breakfast at Country Chef Restaurant. The portions are substantial, and my Denver omelette was exceptionally delicious – the eggs were perfectly soft and full of flavor, and the home fries were equally tasty. The buttered toast with three jelly options was a nice touch. Everyone in our party was very satisfied with their meals, and the restaurant has a lovely, cozy ambiance. Highly recommend checking it out!

★ 5Wonderful breakfast. Over easy eggs, spicy home fries cooked perfectly, French toast - delish, large slice of ham. They were packed , but I was seated quickly and had my order taken within minutes. I’m pretty sure it was out in 5 minutes! Wow. There was absolutely nothing negative about my first experience at the Country Chef. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great breakfast.

★ 5I’ve come here numerous times, since moving to the area over 4yrs ago. Very small, fast paced breakfast joint. I have no complaints of their food, at times service can be slow (when short handed), but not once have I experienced any rudeness. Weekends tend to be very busy, as far as waiting in line. But it moves considerably speedy.
Nice bonus - I love their music playlist!
