  Excellent food, fresh and tasty bagels all the time. Jalapeño cheddar bagels and cheesy hash brown bagels are my favorite with jalapeno salsa cream cheese and garden veggies cream cheese. However, service could be improved, I only order them online for pickup and they didn’t get to my order unless I asked about it after 15-20 minutes. This happened twice previously but recently they have been better and no issues.

  I wish I could give a negative review. They do not deserve 1 star.
  I went to use the all-inclusive restroom and there was no toilet flusher handle and there were human feces filled to the rim of the toilet. It was absolutely the most horrifying site I've ever seen. Don't go there. They do not value their customers.

  Not welcoming to people of color. The guy that was serving at the moment was not kind to the Indian lady that was in front of me, then he proceeded to skip me to service this older white lady. What tipped it off was, how super nice he was to the lady, while ignoring that I was in line. I walked out because I expect to be treated with the same kindness as everyone else as a human being.

  I don't usually leave reviews for chains because you generally know what you're getting when you go to one ..but this is the best bagel sandwich I've ever had.
  
  I got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with two eggs and cheese and a schmear of onion cream cheese. The bagel was crispy on the outside with real, identifiable jalapeños on it. The inside was soft and the sandwich didn't fall apart when you eat it.
  
  The dine in was a bit strange. It looked like covid-dining. There were two tables and I sat at one of them. The space was mostly empty and the rest of the tables were being used to prep catering orders. The way it was set up made you feel like they were suggesting to you to take your food away.

  Two times in a one month period my friend and I have gotten food poisoning from this place. Not sure what they are doing, but I assume it has to do with the meat their cause the one time we just had plain bagels, we were fine.
