  Sold me Donuts that had to be days old. Zero moisture left in them. Crumbled to pieces. Chocolate frosting was complete dry and fell off. Seriously questioned if they were at least 4 days old. Definitely not made that day and still advertised as. Threw them away. I understand that after a certain time it is buy one get one free but there are also food safety standards and quality that are severely lacking at this location. Never again.

I told the staff (Anthony) I was shorted a donut on a previous order and asked if they could make it right. Instead of a simple goodwill gesture, he asked for a receipt—for a $1.75 donut. No receipt, no help. I paid for my new order and left disappointed. You’ve lost a new customer, and I’ll be sharing this experience with others in the community. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

  This used to be my favorite place to get donuts and coffee! The people are always so friendly and they do a great job!
  
  However they very recently changed their donuts and they are just not good at all anymore. At least the chocolate glazed is. I am so sad and I hope they change back!

  It’s my own opinion based on our taste buds, you would get better donuts ( very soft and crunchy texture) and coffee ( latte to be specific ) in honeydew than any other donut shops.
