    I absolutely love the Chick-fil-A—it’s hands down the best fast food place around.
    I recently made the mistake of going to McDonald’s just for the playground on a rainy day, and wow… it really made me appreciate Chick-fil-A even more.
    The staff here are on another level—so professional, well-trained, polite, and genuinely kind. The food quality is consistently excellent, and the entire place is always spotless, bright, and beautifully maintained.
    They go above and beyond with thoughtful details too. On one visit, they gave my daughter a plush cow, which made her day, and the new balloons are such a fun touch for kids. Even the bathrooms stand out—with sanitizing napkins, mints, and mouthwash available. It’s those little things that really set this place apart.
    The only small downside is that I wish the play area were a bit bigger—but honestly, everything else is so great that it hardly matters.
    This place truly feels like it’s on a different level.

    LAUZIE is AMAZING i came at 9:50 long day at work and her smile and the way she greeted me was AMAZING! This chic fil a is the best in central mass i have no complaints ever! You guys are amazing keep up the amazing work! 😊 It nice seeing NICE people working in customer service i know it’s not easy but you guys start or end our days positive!

    We’ve been regular customers of Chick-fil-A since this location opened and usually love the food, but our last visit was very disappointing.
    Drive-through order (Tran Seq No: 6294763): we ordered a 10-count chicken strips, a grilled chicken salad, and a Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. When we got home, the chicken strips box was mostly filled with crumbs and broken pieces — barely equal to 5–6 strips instead of the 10 we paid for. The grilled chicken salad was also about half full with only one or two small pieces of chicken.
    This was really surprising because we usually trust Chick-fil-A for fresh, quality food. Unfortunately, we couldn’t drive back to return it because it was snowing heavily at the time.
    Hope the management looks into this and improves quality control.

    You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A — the food is always reliable. However, the signature ‘my pleasure’ level of service that the brand is known for in the South seems to be missing here. I hope management can step it up to match that same standard.

    This is the WORST establishment I have ever been to. The employees do not care about their jobs. If you submit a mobile order through that app they dont even acknowledge you or get your food. You just stand there until you say something or they try to run into the back when the regular order in customers are gone. They will let about 10 people stand there to pick up their mobile orders and still ignore them completely, laughing and joking and standing around when the dine in customers are gone. When you do say something, their manager, Paulo, acts like a spoiled child. Claiming “You people think you can come in here and order us around” Again, I waited 10 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Not a grub hub, uber eats, or door dash driver. A mobile order I submitted 40 minutes before hand. And was not even be looked at on acknowledged until I simply asked for my food. Paulo then decided to serve everyone else and before giving me my food, sneakily told a female employee to “just refund the order and keep the food next time” simply because I asked him to do his job. Honestly he seems like an individual not fit for management, as he clearly has issues controlling his temper. He seems to have very big issues with simply carrying out his duties as well. Definitely think this place needs a corporate visit. The rude employees, the terrible service, reports of moldy food and mice. Super disappointing. First time Ive been here I am never coming back
