  I stopped in for a warm place to wait for my son’s appointment, and what a treat! It’s 715am and snowy, but Panera is open, warm and friendly. I got a small coffee and cherry pastry and a toasty seat by the fire. The whole place was clean and bright, the staff friendly and ready, despite the early hour and the storm. This was so unexpected and so appreciated. Thank you!

  It is one of the best places to grab 5 bite or for lunch or dinner. They have multiple outlets across the USA.
  
  They have a range of options breads, sandwiches, salads, coffee, and beverages.
  
  The food quality is good. It is on a self-service basis. Staff is courteous. Vegeterian options are also available.

  I had an extremely poor experience with the staff at Panera Bread.
  I had placed an order for pickup.
  They had scheduled the pickup time for 8:15 PM.
  I arrived right on time.
  However, the order wasn't ready until 8:35 PM.
  When I asked the staff to retrieve my order, they kept sending me back and forth—from one spot to another.
  Furthermore, they offered absolutely no explanation or response, acting as if they bore no responsibility whatsoever.
  Even after the order was ready, I waited for another 5 minutes, yet I received no response from anyone.
  The staff has truly done a terrible job; they have left Panera in a deplorable state.

  They managed to burn my breakfast sandwich and forget to bag my free pastry reward. Disappointing, and on my birthday too!

  I ordered two sandwiches and one barely had any mayo on it and didn’t have red onions that were supposed to be on it. The other one was a hot sandwich that was dripping wet barely wrapped And when my mom tried to take a bite it just about fell apart in her hands. The sandwiches which were also cut in halves weren’t completely cut in half. Only the bread was cut in half while the inside wasn’t
