  Decent diner with good service on a busy day. I didnt like the marinara sauce, but other than that no real complaints. Good pancakes and scramble, they made a mistake on one of our orders but brought out a new one to the table quickly which was nice.

  I’ve had consistently wonderful experiences at Parkway Diner, and it’s become one of my favorite spots on Shrewsbury Street.
  
  What truly sets this place apart is the customer service. No matter what time of day I visit, the staff is always warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. There’s a personal, welcoming energy here that makes it feel less like a restaurant and more like a homey, comforting space you actually want to return to.
  
  The food is phenomenal—especially for brunch. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and cooked with care. The dishes are always satisfying, with just the right balance of richness and freshness, and you can tell there’s real consistency in the kitchen.
  
  The drinks are also a highlight—well-made, delicious, and perfectly balanced in both flavor and strength.
  
  But more than anything, it’s the people who make this place special. The team here creates an experience that feels easy, warm, and genuinely enjoyable every single time. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows.

  Great diner on Shrewsbury st. They have a lot of variations of the classic breakfast diner meal, and some more. I got the veggie frittata with added egg because I just needed a vegetable today. Great drip coffee too. There's a BBQ place down the road so the air always smells yummy while they have outdoor seating.

  Wonderful experience dining here! It was quick, large portions, reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and funny, I would highly recommend! 🙏

  This is a historical landmark, the place has been here forever, right in the center of what used to be little Italy in Worcester, now it is all Brazilian. Used to be neat to go into the dinner section to see all the old school Italian old men gather there when John the original owner used to cook on Sundays. John is still alive but too old to cook now, so his grandson has taken over. I love the food here, especially the hangover plate. I just don't like the service, those girls are not friendly and they only treat their friends well. It is worth a visit on a Sunday morning to sit at the dinner reminiscent of the good old days.
