I went here with my Husband not too long ago and the atmosphere was pretty cute. Our server was super fun! He was really friendly and funny the entire time and it was a cool experience. The food was decent but could slightly use a bit more flavor. However the French toast was pretty good! I would definitely come back to try this place out again.

The menu has excellent options in fact it was hard for me to decide and I love how they have a full bar for bloody Mary's or mimosas. My only complaint was that it was extremely noisy and we were in a corner. Hard to hold a conversation. Hopefully in warmer weather sitting outside it will be better.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟nWarm, family-friendly brunch spot with great service and homestyle foodnnWe visited Puffins Restaurant in Millbury on a Saturday morning around 8:30 AM as a group of four adults and two kids. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the inviting aroma of homestyle cooking — a warm and welcoming start to our day.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They even offered helpful suggestions for the kids’ meals, including swapping pancakes for French toast in a combo, which turned out to be a great choice. Our order was taken quickly, and food arrived in about 15 minutes — very efficient for a weekend breakfast.

We tried a variety of breakfast items including omelets, waffles, toast, and more. The dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and portioned just right. The restaurant was clean and cheerful, with a cozy interior and a lovely outdoor patio setup — we would have loved to sit outside, but weather didn’t cooperate this time. Still, it looked like a great spot for future visits.

Plenty of parking was available on either side of the restaurant. Prices felt fair for the quality and portion sizes.

✅ Friendly, helpful staffn✅ Good menu variety and well-prepared foodn✅ Cozy interior and nice outdoor seatingn✅ Family-friendly environmentn✅ Quick service (15 mins) and easy parkingn⚠️ (Optional: Sweet potatoes could be softer; tea could be hotter — very minor)nnOverall, a very pleasant breakfast experience. We’ll definitely be returning — highly recommend Puffins for anyone looking for a comforting brunch in Millbury.

I ordered the Crab Cake BLT. It was okay, crab cake was a bit mushy. The homemade fries were the best part. Food was good temperature and didn't take long to come out. The service was lacking, the waitress kept taking long to come back to the table. I tried to call one of them over and I felt ignored as she looked away while speaking to our table’s server/waitress. Our waitress was busy eating by the bar during that entertaining conversation. We had a couple mimosas (different flavors), tasted the same. Best part, the fries.

Recently went out for brunch with another person, it was relatively empty inside and we were sat in a corner where we were almost invisible to the staff. We waited 45 minutes for our drink orders to be taken which should have been my sign to leave then. In those 45 minutes I noticed another group of four that had been seated after us get their drink orders and received and they had ordered their food before the server finally came over to us. Our waiter didn't apologize for our long wait and took our orders. We got our food which was lukewarm at best and were not given one of our sides, and our waiter was no where to be seen throughout the remainder of our time here other than to give us the bill, and then we waited another 20 minutes before the busboy finally came over to take care of that for us.
