    I highly recommend this restaurant.
    We love this place!
Our entire family has been eating here for years. All the food and service is fantastic.
On Sunday they have an amazing all-you-can-eat bar.
    Quality food at affordable prices.

Service was really good and the waitress was VERY easy on the eyes. The food isn’t the freshest, what’s labeled on the menu doesn’t stand up to scrutiny (fresh local freshwater fish), and wasn’t too bad. Their dessert menu looked pretty good. I had the chicken liver which was a bit overcooked and dry for my particular taste, but might be fine for some. The st■ mushrooms were microwaved, which is an unforgivable shortcut in a restaurant with a kitchen and a chef. The collared greens were good. It was very competitively priced with the 4, yes 4, Mexican restaurants in town (weird).

I really enjoyed my country fried steak, especially the gravy! I love the atmosphere, and old bank building right on down to the vault. Separate bar area looked interesting, as did the buffet too. I'm not sure if they offer a buffet? I found the wall covered with old pictures of the area fascinating. Did not have room, but would have loved to give a try at their dessert menu, love the variety and pictures! Will have to start with dessert next trip. And want to give their Brunswick Stew a try too.

We took our rainbow trout catch and they cooked it for us so perfectly. The side dishes and the dessert was very yummy. We loved our waiter Lynn. She was so friendly. Great service. Nice people. Great food.

Online description and menu are misleading. Apparently the establishment has changed ownership, and while there is a bar...the alcohol and liquor license belongs to the previous owner. They can actually only serve beer and a small selection of wines. They do have a varied menu that should provide everyone with something they would enjoy. We were part of a large party, and everyone enjoyed the food and service, but many were disappointed by the limited drink options.
