  This antique dinner on the corner in Pepperell MA, serves up amazing breakfast and lunch.

  The muffins are amazing and light & come in rotating flavors. The chicken and waffles was Solidly good. The smash burgers were delicious.
  
  Also worthy- they have home made corned beef hash

  We love frannys, we rarely get time to sit down there but every so often we order breakfast from here. Its always delicious, reasonably priced and the staff is always super friendly. Owner knows what they're doing here, glad to have this gem in my hometown.

  Cute little diner! We went for breakfast and it was delicious. I was so happy, they even had flavored brewed coffee. The ladies were super nice, food came out fast and coffee was continously topped off.
  We are new to town and felt right at home. We will definitely be back with the kids for breakfast.

  We passed through to get some breakfast after skydiving at Pepperell, and thoroughly enjoyed the food! The avocado toast and the French toast were super good. Highly recommend.

  You feel as though you've traveled back in time when you walk into this charming little diner. The staff was on top of daily tasks, and the food was excellent. Fran was so gracious as to share with us her life story and her aspirations to run the diner.
  It's always pleasant to meet kind folks and learn about their achievements. We will return each time we visit Pepperell because it's a great site.
