★ 1I have never in my life waited so long at a McDonald's drive-thru before. It was about 25-30 minutes for a simple order. Why did I stay? Part sunken cost fallacy, part the only other options were Taco Bell and Wendy's, both of which always cause me enormous GI distress. I was starving after a late job and had to eat.
When I *finally* got up to the window, the guy handed me my drink .. and then I waited another 14 minutes, no exaggeration, to be handed my bag with 1 chicken sandwich & fries. It took so long he forgot if he gave me my drink or not. There was yelling and loud music inside (lobby closed at that time) so there were plenty of people working there, but I don't know what they were doing. Dozens of angry cars broke out of the line and drove off; one guy even stopped next to me and asked how long I'd been waiting, what did I think the problem was etc.
The fries were hot as I'd expect, but my 'spicy deluxe' chicken sandwich was barely better than the basic value chicken.
At this time, I'd say avoid at all costs. I should've simply subsisted on snacks in my truck until I got home. -

★ 5The last time we were there, the food came out so fast, it put the fast, in fast food. Also I inadvertently dropped my glove and some nice girl with braids who worked there gave it back to me. And one time when we were leaving, my son didn't hold the door for my daughter as we were leaving, and the door knocked her ice cream cone out of her hand and it landed on the sidewalk. So my br careful of that door if you're leaving with an ice cream cone on your hand. The play place there is great for the kids to run around and play while they are eating. It's really not as much of a choking hazard as you would think. Oh, and make sure your kids take their shoes with them when they're done playing because there are no shoes allowed on the play structure. One time, there was poop on the slide at the play place, but only that one time. And it really wasn't that much poop anyway, so honestly, I wouldn't go there with the expectation of finding poop, I'm pretty sure that one time was a unique little surprise.

★ 4Overall a good experience here. We didn't wait long for our food and didn't have any issues. Location was clean and staff were fast with our orders. In general I've found the iced coffees at McDonalds to be pretty good and the most affordable option you can find when eating out. There are kiosks you can use or you can order at the counter. A Play Place is inside, but it was not clear if it was open to the public or not anymore.

★ 1Do not door dash from this establishment at all. Had 4 door dash drivers try to pick up my order. Every single one said they never got my order and 3 canceled it unlike the last delivery driver. They claimed to have given my entire order out twice. They would never give out an order a 2nd time so I know it’s a lie. They also claimed both drivers took the order. Does anyone really believe 2 randomly selected door dash people stole my order back to back? Sounds pretty weird. Either way, had to pick up my families order after waiting 90 mins for nothing to come through. Hopefully someone investigates this place.

★ 5I placed a curb side order but the app was having issues and I went inside for assistance. It was a crazy lunch rush, and the team gave me their undivided attention, compassion, and were so incredibly helpful. Little did they know, I have been having a tough day/ week, and their kindness truly went a long way. While waiting for my order, I saw that the team worked wonderfully in synch, and there was good vibes coming from their manager. I saw staff welcome each other with a hug, it just gave me a sense that this particular location is special. Thank you to this location for its kindness and quick problem solving!
