  What a delight to find this cafe while visiting Groton. The coffee is absolutely delicious and my wrap was lovingly crafted and made to perfection. Customer service was also very friendly and helpful with the menu. Definitely will be back and recommend.

  Food was over priced $50 for 2 burritos that did not come as order my wifes had no cheese and it was supposed to. The orange juice comes in a bottle and when asked for a glass with ice you would have thought I was ending the girls life.. bottom line food not real good. You have to tip before you get your food and then you have to clean up your dishes... just not worth it.

  Several of us at work ordered coffee/food and the coffee was a disappointment. I got a Latte that tasted like milk, another got a mocha which tasted like it had no coffee in it. I think only one out of 5 people enjoyed their drink. I didn't hear anyone complain about the food and my bagel was yummy. I'd give it another chance, but I don't think coffee is their strong game.

  **Blackbird Cafe - 3 Stars**nnBlackbird Cafe left much to be desired, starting with their digitized front desk, which replaced any real customer service in an effort to save on labor. I was asked for a tip before receiving any service, only to realize there wasn't much service to begin with. To make things worse, the food arrived at different times, completely disregarding the dining experience. The food itself was disappointing—the avocado sandwich came with cold bread, a spread instead of real avocado, and wilted, warm lettuce. Overall, it felt more like a missed opportunity than an enjoyable meal.

  First time trying this place and I was pleasantly surprised! The ambience is friendly and the seating area looked nice. I got takeout so I didn’t get a chance to try it out. Staff were very friendly! A younger worker there named Cassie brightened my morning. Very bubbly and great with customers. Will definitely be eating here again.
