  went today in the afternoon. ordered a croissant swirl, unwarmed, and got a chocolate chip cookie, warmed. got a dubai matcha and a regular matcha with cold foam. neither matcha was mixed, but more specifically the dubai. the cold foam was insanely runny, and the syrup was not mixed in whatsoever. disgusting, couldnt finish it. so upset it ruined our starbucks run.

  I enjoy going to the Starbucks in Athol because it’s a great place to study and relax with a cup of coffee. In the summer, I also love sitting on the patio with my puppy(and of course with a puppuccino), and the drinks are always good. One barista, Daniella, is especially wonderful. Even during stressful and overwhelming times, I’ve never seen her frown or act moody toward customers. She is always friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful. I really respect her patience and professionalism! :-D

  Pink drinks both tasted like cough syrup. Neither my daughter nor myself were able to drink our beverages after only taking a sip. We both have had them before and know that’s not how they’re supposed to taste. Would’ve gladly brought them back into the store but neither of us tried them until after driving a half hour home. Overall, very disappointed the only thing keeping the store from a one star was the friendly staff.

  This is the best Starbucks around for sure wait times are always minimal have never messed up my order unlike the one in my town

  This location is notorious for not filling my drink. I get every excuse in the book and this time it was “the can it comes in is only 12 ounces and then when it get blended it shrinks.” This drink was nearly 7$ and new to their menus so I’d think they would take extra care to make sure the drink is done right if it’s going to be their summer promo drink.
  I can’t recommend this location anymore because of how often my drinks have over an inch less of product. I’ve also been told that “the company won’t let them fill it up” which I find really odd. I know Starbucks wants their money but not filling a drink up deliberately seems a bit strange.
