  Absolutely horrible time going to this McDonald’s, I’ve been to some that have messed up my order, completely forgotten things yet I NEVER had to wait as long as I did here. Waited more then a half hour in the drive thru at a FAST FOOD restaurant and by the time I got my food it was barely warm. If you have the option, drive farther and look for a better one to go to because this one ain’t it.

  The food was okay, but I ordered the ranch snack wraps and there was way too much ranch. It was seeping out of the wrap, and by the time I went to eat the second one, the wrapper was completely soaked and ranch was oozing out of every end. I’d recommend using less sauce in the future.”

  Just FINALLY got my food after more than 30 minutes waiting for the slowest moving people ever to make a simple (supposed to be) FAST meal. This location only survives because there’s nothing else open this late. Whoever works there at night is the actual worst customer service I think I’ve ever had, Why were there drunk people in the lobby at 11pm? Is that why we couldn’t get our food? If I could rate this location less than 1, I would. Unprofessional, slow and the food isn’t even hot so yall weren’t cooking it while I sat for a half hour that’s for sure. I truly wish the man at the window would get a new job, he sucks at this one and on multiple occasions I’ve gone elsewhere because it was him working. Hes costing you business and money. Booo.

  I love being ripped off by multi-billion dollar companies, the first time I ordered offline they took my order and the money then when it was supposed to be delivered I get a message my order was picked up then I get another message saying it was canceled I tried calling it goes to voicemail and can't leave a message because the mailbox is full wow im shocked but the money was taking. I will NEVER use the app again or go to this branch ever again.

  Nearly every drive-thru order has been missing items. I usually let it go but last time they left out my entire meal. I complained on the McDonald's site. They told me they contacted the store and they would reach out. I NEVER heard anything from them. Save yourself the time and money and go to Burger King.
