★ 5i got the penne ala vodka and it was the best ive ever had. I licked the plate clean and asked the chef personally for the recipe. I get penne ala vodka everywhere I go And it was the best thing that has ever touched my tongue. If I wasn't lactose intolerant, I would've licked the plate clean. my server was super polite and made sure all my needs were met and I truly believe she would save my cat from a tree because she is so nice and considerate. The host was also super funny and kept cracking jokes, and it honestly made my day. Connect restaurant and lounge isn't just a restaurant, its a home.

★ 1This was my bread sandwich. Insulting amount of steak in this thing. Doesn’t even fill the roll and was flat when closed. Usually, these things are hard to eat with steak falling all over the plate. This is utterly insulting the amount in this thing. My father also paid $27 for 6 scallops with cold mashed potatoes. That wasn’t even mentioned to the staff but they stood behind that “steak and cheese”. I’m not one to complain and almost never leave bad reviews but i will never come back here again. Left the place still hungry and unhappy. If they need to charge a couple more bucks and not skimp you, that’s okay. This is not. This thing might as well be on the kids menu.

★ 5We have only eaten out front, but it was the perfect balance volume wise with the live music in the lounge area. While cozy, it offers a quieter atmosphere.
We have eaten here a couple of times now. Both times we have had a great experience. The food is excellent, the prices aren't an immediate turn off, and OUR interaction with staff has been great. Our waitress was super sweet and popped over the perfect amount to check in on us.
I understand they were short staffed and adjusting on the fly. For the most part the staff seemed to be doing a good job. For the most part.
One issue I had was witnessing a waitress berate the young kid who was learning to host last night. A pair of customers left because they never saw a waitress. After they left, in front of other patrons (us being the closest) she berated the kid and told him to do better. She was unprofessional and nasty. Not only that but she was also the only waitress walking around with an ear pod in. It was a conversation that could have been conducted much more professionally being on the floor, or professionally away from customers. -

★ 5What a wonderful experience our party of six had tonight! The food and presentation were phenomenal, literally from soup to dessert. The drinks were amazing. We had margarita flights , beer , wine and whiskey. The Italian wedding soup and Caprese salad were a fabulous start. The meals were excellent and presented well. We had surf and turf, steak, chicken penne with vodka sauce ( lick the plate good) . And to end the night we had popover sundaes, crème brûlée, and carrot cake. Our servers Austin and Ciarah were excellent and so personable. The whole time we listened to Sunset Lane Band. They were fantastic and played all the tunes we loved. Great night out! We will be back.

★ 3First time here . We stopped in after the parade. Staff was super kind and friendly, bread & oil came quick, drinks came fast. We ordered appetizers upon our drink order. It took about 30 mins for them to come out. When they came it was worth the wait. St■ seafood mushrooms and onion rings. The good experience fizzled there. We asked our waiter if the mushrooms had any mustard in the sauce as we had someone in our party that was allergic,he said he would check, 10 mins later no answer. We asked a female waitress she as well said she would ask. 10 mins later the original waiter came back with the answer. 2 if us ordered mains for dinner , 1 person a salad and one ordered a appetizer as thier main. All appetizers were great, flavorful. The main left something to be desired. The chicken parm. The chicken was paper thin with the bread crumbs thicker then the chicken and had a off stale old bread crumb flavor.. The pasta was ok at best. The steak tips were nothing impressive. They tasted like steak chunks cooking in diluted BBQ sauce. . With the price point I found it very odd that they charged a seperate charge for the dipping sauce for our onion rings appetizer ( even Burger King gives you free dipping sauce). The atmosphere wasn't the best either. It would have been fine if you were able to communicate with the people at you own table or even hear your waiter but the live music in such a small space was way too loud. Once more people started coming in after the parade you can tell the stafff got backed up. We asked 3 seperate times for to go boxes. This review is in no way a negative reflection on the wait staff as they were running like crazy to make sure everyone was being attended to. My overall take was at the start it seemed it was going to be a home run only to fall short in the end. The appetizers made sense for the price point. As for the mains I've had way better for the same price or less and would not go out of my way to return here.
