  Our waitress was on point as she always is. There was an issue with one our meals so we decided we didn't want the rest of the meal. We also didn't want to make a big deal about it. I did inform the waiter & she ended up crediting the whole meal which she didn't have to do but she did and it was very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning again because we love the service food and of course the ice cream.

  I 6 days ago, had mouth surgery. So was 1st day i could try soft food. You listened when I said no tomato, and apple sauce rather than fries. Definitely not my usual! For an online order, thank you so much!

  Ordered loaded waffle fries, it came in this tiny square box, i oredered a kids meal with sliders and waffle fries, and my childs meal waffle fries were the same size container as my loaded waffle fries?!! Are you kidding me? Wont let me post any photos. But how is a $15 order of waffle fries, the same size as a childs waffle fry in a kids meal? My childs meal was $10 , it came with 2 sliders, waffle fries, and a drink. So why were my loaded fries same exact size as childs portion in a kids meal? Ridiculous, will not ever be ordering from you ever again! Your prices are ridiculously overcharged!!

  My server was by yourself. There was 2 table there when i got there so i made there then a party of 10 came in she still was so amazing and nice. Even being the only one working her and she was so nice to my daughter. I alway come to this one. The party of 10 was so rude and i felt so bad for her. I wish people could be nicer. Amazing people who work here. She even saw a couple trying to take a picture of himself and offered to take it for them even though she was so busy

  It's been a while since I have been to a Friendly's. A lot of them are lost to time. Agawam is still there and putting a smile on their customers' faces. Just stopped in for an ice cream fix. They nailed it. There Sundays are still as big as I remember from the 1980s. Prices are extremely fair (low) for the economy today. They have ice cream and ice cream cakes of different sizes to go. Give them a try, I think you will be happy. Big parking lot, a to-go counter, and dine in booths and tables.
